Key Account Manager

For more than 40 years, our company, HIFI FILTER, has specialized in filtration solutions for the mobile equipment and industrial applications. From our operations in Switzerland, France, Spain, Poland, Romania and the UK, we develop and distribute more than 70,000 products in over 160 countries. Your tasks will include :
  • Management and development of a portfolio of strategic clients across various sectors within a defined territory including (Agriculture, Construction, Marine, Truck & Bus, etc.)
  • Identify new business opportunities.
  • Assess the market and provide regular feedback to improve efficiency and processes according to customer needs.
  • Implementation and development of commercial strategies
  • Participation and contribution in our marketing activities

Skills required

  • Previous sales experience is essential: must have excellent negotiation, customer development and sales skills
  • Proven ability to maintain and develop a customer portfolio.
  • Experience of working in a B2B environment, in a customer facing role
  • Ideally have knowledge and understanding of the Automotive Aftermarket
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Filtration knowledge/experience would be an advantage, but not essential
  • Autonomy in the implementation of action plans
  • Self-motivated and ability to work towards and achieve sales targets
  • Be able to plan and execute your own diary and activity


Basic salary up to £43K (dependent on experience) + bonus
  • Hybrid car, mobile phone, laptop, pension, 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
  • Training on product and markets will be provided
