Este utilizat\u0103 \u00een protec\u021bia motoarelor, procesele industriale, purificarea aerului, tratarea apei, produc\u021bia alimentar\u0103 etc. Rolul s\u0103u principal este de a re\u021bine contaminan\u021bii indezirabili pentru a proteja echipamentele, a garanta calitatea produselor finite \u0219i a asigura siguran\u021ba personal\u0103.\r\n\r\nNatura acestor contaminan\u021bi variaz\u0103 foarte mult \u00een func\u021bie de aplica\u021bie: \u00een <strong>hidraulic\u0103<\/strong>, \u00eent\u00e2lnim adesea ap\u0103, particule metalice sau reziduuri legate de degradarea fluidelor \u0219i de uzura pieselor \u00een mi\u0219care din circuit; \u00een <strong>aerul comprimat<\/strong>, este mai probabil s\u0103 fie cea\u021b\u0103 de ulei, praf \u0219i umiditate; \u00een <strong>tratarea apei<\/strong>, sunt materii \u00een suspensie sau substan\u021be chimice. Acestea sunt doar c\u00e2teva exemple: fiecare proces poate genera sau poate fi expus la contaminan\u021bi specifici.\r\n\r\nAceste diferen\u021be \u00eenseamn\u0103 c\u0103 trebuie ales un <strong>mediu filtrant<\/strong> adecvat fluidului care urmeaz\u0103 s\u0103 fie tratat, tipului de contaminan\u021bi prezen\u021bi \u0219i condi\u021biilor de utilizare.            <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n\r\n\n\n<div class=\"Introduction\" data-component-id=\"Introduction\">\n    <h3 class=\"AppTitle h1 theme-reverse\"><\/h3>\n    <h2 class=\"AppTitle h1 theme-highlight\">Filtrarea \u0219i mediile filtrante: defini\u021bii \u0219i principii<\/h2>\n    <div class=\"AppText\"><strong>Filtrarea este un proces utilizat pentru a separa dou\u0103 sau mai multe elemente dintr-un amestec eterogen.\u00a0<\/strong>\r\n\r\nExist\u0103 mai multe metode de filtrare: <strong>mecanice<\/strong> (trecerea printr-un material poros), <strong>fizice<\/strong> (centrifugare, decantare) sau <strong>chimice <\/strong>(adsorb\u021bie, schimb de ioni). Fiecare metod\u0103 r\u0103spunde unor nevoi specifice \u00een func\u021bie de natura fluidului, de caracteristicile contaminan\u021bilor \u0219i de cerin\u021bele procesului.\r\n\r\nDintre aceste abord\u0103ri, filtrarea mecanic\u0103 joac\u0103 un rol central \u00een multe sectoare. Aceasta presupune trecerea fluidului printr-un mediu filtrant a c\u0103rui structur\u0103 este conceput\u0103 pentru a re\u021bine contaminan\u021bii \u00een func\u021bie de dimensiunea sau de propriet\u0103\u021bile lor fizice. \u00cen func\u021bie de designul mediului, impurit\u0103\u021bile pot fi re\u021binute:<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"ArticleEdito reverse\" data-component-id=\"ArticleEdito\">\r\n    <div class=\"ArticleEdito-content\">\r\n                <div class=\"ArticleEdito-text AppText AppScrollbar\"><ul>\r\n \t<li>1. <strong>Suprafa\u021ba<\/strong>: Particulele sunt re\u021binute pe suprafa\u021ba mediului, care ac\u021bioneaz\u0103 ca o sit\u0103 cu pori calibra\u021bi.
