From the offer to the delivery, through the order and the technical assistance of the products, the role of the Customer Service is to bring a fast and quality answer to all our customers’ requests. The only watchword: customer satisfaction.
At the heart of the Group’s strategy, the Product team imagines, designs and develops the filter ranges of today and tomorrow. Attentive to market developments, its mission is to anticipate our customers’ needs and carefully select quality suppliers for each solution.
To guarantee and control the quality of our products in accordance with the standards and requirements we set ourselves. Implementing processes that optimise our organisation. Supply chain – Logistics
As a true conductor, the Supply Chain coordinates the incoming and outgoing flows of products. From procurement to dispatch, including storage and order preparation, its mission is to optimise logistics costs while respecting commercial constraints. His final objective: to guarantee on-time delivery of each order.
Human Resources, Accounting, IT and Communication: the Support departments are an essential part of HIFI FILTER®.
